Mary Ann Jones, international healthy lifestyle speaker, gourmet vegan chef, cooking instructor, and author of "Mary Ann's Home Kitchen" and "Vegan & Raw Food Favorites Cookbook", has been helping people change their lifestyles and improve their health for over 25 years. Her teaching addresses not only the physical health of this world, but uses a spiritual emphasis to bring all aspects of one's life into harmony.

In her youth, Mary Ann became interested in natural healing while learning the importance of wholesome foods and how these foods could restore vibrant health.
Over the years her enthusiasm increased when she had the opportunity to learn natural methods of healing the body through cleansing & nutrition. After years of dedicated study Mary Ann successfully completed the requirements for the Naturopathic Practitioner and later published her first vegan cookbook, "Mary Ann's Home Kitchen." Mary Ann is committed to helping people reap the rewards of their health.
With her husband, Gene, Mary Ann fulfilled their dream by creating a beautiful place called CedarBrook Lifestyle. The couple has started CedarBrook in their own home in 1993 with a first live-in health program. Today hundreds have taken her 5 and 10-day courses.
Mary Ann has been studying health and educating clients in the relationship to disease for many years before their first 10-day live in cleansing program. She has joyfully dedicated her life to ministering to others through healthy lifestyle education.
